Join us for a Mid-Week Wellbeing Reset with;
A guided ‘de-stress after work’ meditation class, to help you let go of any stress & tension from your working day, and connect you back to peace so that you can leave feeling calm, relaxed & uplifted!
During your class, your meditation teacher will offer you a choice of aromatherapy oils to breathe in, and offer you a mini scalp & shoulder massage (optional) as part of the class. As you sit in a chair, breathing the aromatherapy oils in, she will guide you through deeper breathing techniques to still the mind and calm the body, taking you on a guided meditation journey to relax each area of your body, soothing the nervous system and bringing you back to feeling calm and relaxed.
The session will finish with a positive affirmation card pull, herbal tea & delicious mini healthy homemade snack. You can also have a little mooch around the shop and receive 10% off if anything catches your fancy after the class.
